Palos Verdes Footwear Inc. has been the leader of quality and fashionable footwear for over a decade.  President John Lovely and his son, Michael, founded Palos Verdes Footwear in the fall of 1995 with the intentions of fulfilling the industry’s need for footwear that combined comfort and style. The company continues to be family owned and operated by John Lovely, with Brian Lovely directing the design and product, and Michael Lovely overseeing the sales and marketing. The Lovely family has over 70 combined years of footwear experience, and the company still strives to offer the highest quality fashionable footwear in the industry.

Over the past thirteen years, Palos Verdes Footwear Inc. has provided some of the hottest brands on the market.  Sideout Footwear was launched with the purpose of providing shoes and sandals that matched their west coast roots.  As a California based company, Sideout wanted to make shoes that would represent their lifestyle.  Starting from the beaches of Southern California, (Hermosa and Manhattan) Sideout became a culture phenomenon.  In 1999 Sideout Footwear was named the Wholesale Licensee of the Year and became one of the major sponsors of the AVP Tour.

The success of Sideout prompted Palos Verdes Footwear to launch a hot new brand called VOLATILE.  VOLATILE quickly became a form of expression within the world of fashion and has grown into an internationally known brand.  VOLATILE footwear satisfies the needs of the customer by offering a diverse line of shoes, sandals, and boots that are as unique as the personalities of the people who wear them.  VOLATILE continues to lead the world of fashion with hot designs that provide comfortable footwear at reasonable prices.  The VOLATILE brand has been seen on the runway of exclusive fashion shows and recognized by magazines such as “Lucky”,” People”, “Seventeen” and numerous international publications.  VOLATILE is more than a shoe; it’s a lifestyle. 

The newest brand under the Palos Verdes Footwear umbrella is Encanto.  Encanto is a resort/vacation line of footwear that incorporates superior design and craftsmanship with unbelievable comfort.  Encanto is not your traditional comfort shoe; it is a move able piece of footwear art that provides the support and comfort for women who are always on the go.

The success of the VOLATILE footwear has presented opportunities for Palos Verdes Footwear to launch new divisions with a huge international presence.  In June 2009 VOLATILE launched the VOLATILE Children Footwear Division and VOLATILE Handbag Division.  With expanding brand recognition, Palos Verdes Footwear has teamed up with Canadian wholesale powerhouse, Diverse Group, to handle VOLATILE’s Canadian distribution.  The Palos Verdes Footwear brand collection continues to gain momentum and is expanding internationally.
