We do have our online catalog on our website where we are always adding new shoes. If you are looking for a particular shoe that is not on the website, write us an e-mail and we will see if we still have a pair in stock. Top
2. I am having problems placing my order, what can I do? First, try closing your internet browser and going back to the site to place your order. If an error message pops up, please check your credit card and information entered, wait at least 10 minutes, then enter your order again. If you are still having problems, please call us at 1-888-374-3368 to place your order. Top
3. What is your return policy? Our Return Policy has changed as of October 2006, please disregard the Shipping and Return Policy link. The Return Policy is as follows: Please call 1-888-374-3368 to request a return authorization.
No credit will be issued on any merchandise that does not have our return authorization number. Returns must be requested within one week of receipt of merchandize. Returns must be in our warehouse no later than 21 days of ship date and in California, returns must be in no later than 14 days of ship date.
We do not accept shoes if they have been worn or without authorization. The cost of shipping of a return is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Do you ship internationally? At this time we are only shipping within North America. International orders within the North America and in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, will all be shipped via USPS regardless of what the shopping cart says. USPS orders are only shipped once a week. If the order needs to expedited, please note that in the comments area or contact customer service to ensure that it is shipped in the best form needed. Top
5. I bought Volatile shoes at a retail location, can I exchange it through your company? No, we do not accept exchages or returns if you have not purchased directly from us under any circumstances. Top
6. Do your shoes run true to size? While every foot is different, the majority of our styles run true to size. On each items page, if it does not usually run true to size, a note is posted regarding the fit. Again, as every foot is different, these are just suggestions based on the average person. Even though our suggestion is most often accurate, please base your decision on your prior personal experience regarding fit. Top
7. How do you determine the wedge height? The wedge height is measured from the highest point on the heel of the shoe. Top
8. SHIPPING Shipping cost are determined by weight, distance, and time. When placing your order, UPS gives you 4 delivery options and pricing. It will also give you approximate delivery dates. These dates are approximate. We do our best to ship ground orders with in 3 business days, but due to sales volume, it may take a day or 2 longer. If you choose express shipping, we must receive your order before 2pm pacific time to process it the same day, other wise it will ship the next business day. If you need your order by a certain date, please allow at minimum 2 weeks for delivery if you do not want to pay for express shipping. For all international orders (Canada and Mexico), while USPS offers Express shipping, we only ship these orders once a week. USPS doesn't always deliver when they say they will (ex: 3 to 5 days may take up to 2 weeks because of customs), so please keep that in mind when placing your order. Top
