While every foot is different, the majority of our styles run true to size. On each items page, if it does not usually run true to size, a note is posted regarding the fit. Again, as every foot is different, these are just suggestions based on the average person. Even though our suggestion is most often accurate, please base your decision on your prior personal experience regarding fit.

We will gladly exchange shoes purchased from our website directly within 6 months of purchase. If the shoe(s)/size are no longer available, we will exchange for another style of equal value. Shoes purchased from our retailers must be taken back to their store.  We do not replace, repair or exchange any shoes purchased from our retailers, and we respect our retailers store policies.

Our catalog of shoes is right here online. We are always adding new shoes to our website, but if you are looking for a particular shoe that is not on our website, write us an e-mail and we will see if we have a pair in stock at our warehouse.

If you purchased shoes from our website and they have become defective in any way and are within 6 months of purchase, we will be happy to replace them. Any shoes worn for more than 6 months will be have to be purchased but we will offer a discount. Please call 888-374-3368 or email us at info@volatileusa.com.

We suggest going up a half to a whole size for the Skreech. This sneaker should be worn with thin socks since it runs very narrow.

Order: 7 (equal to a 6.5)

Order: 7.5 (equal to a 7)

Order: 9 (equal to a 8.5)
