International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the following countries: Canada, U.K, Australia, and New Zealand

 

  1. How will my international order be shipped?

International orders are shipped using a service called BorderGuru, which includes all shipping and import fees (duties and taxes). BorderGuru also handles all customs and clearance procedures at no extra cost.

     2. What is your return policy for international orders?

International returns are not available. All international sales are final.

    3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your destination. BorderGuru provides an international tracking number where customers can view the estimated time of arrival.

  1. How can I contact customer support regarding my international order?

You can reach customer support by emailing customerservice@kengos.com. Please include your order number and tracking number in the email subject line.

  1. Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?

We do not deliver to international P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. This link provides real-time updates as your shipment progresses.

  1. Which carrier will deliver my international order?

BorderGuru partners with established carriers in your region. Your shipment will be delivered by a local carrier that is identified in your tracking link.
