Returning Store Merchandise
No 3rd party exchanges or returns accepted. We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse. Please return items to the store where the original purchase was made for their return instructions.

ALL SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Please include your order number, the name on the order, and item details.
- Merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, except clearance or sale items.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with the shoebox and all original packaging included.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering their own return shipping costs.
- Volatile is not responsible for shipping fees for returns or for lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Any returns sent without a Return Authorization (RA) number will not be processed.
To request a return:
- Fill out the form below or email customerservice@pvfootwear.com.
- Include the following information in the form or email:
- 4 or 5 digit order number
- First and last name on the order
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for your return
- For exchanges: the style, color, and size you would like instead
Once approved, you will receive an RA number and instructions for returning your item(s).

Holiday Return Window
Our standard 30-day return window applies year-round, except during our annual office closure from December 24 to January 2, during which the return window will be extended accordingly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We prefer that damage, defect, or incorrect shipment claims be reported within the standard 30-day window from delivery. However, we encourage customers to reach out even after this period if an issue occurs.
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Fill out the form below or email customerservice@pvfootwear.com.
- Provide your order number, name on the order, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
If a replacement is available, we will ship it once the original item is returned. If a replacement is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.
Exchanges
If requesting an exchange, please include your preferred style, color, and size. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and confirmed in acceptable condition.
Clearance and sale items may not be exchanged or returned, except in the case of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.
Refund Process
Most returns are processed within 3–4 weeks of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within approximately two business days after processing. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
Customers may call to request an order cancellation; however, we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be processed before the order ships.
International Orders
International orders are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
