Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Most in-stock items process and ship within 1–3 business days from our Huntington Beach, CA warehouse.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays, including Thanksgiving Week and our annual holiday closure from December 24 through January 2. Orders placed during these periods will begin processing once the office reopens.

All domestic orders ship via standard ground, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand.

International orders are fulfilled through BorderGuru, which includes all shipping and import fees (duties and taxes) and manages customs and clearance procedures at no additional cost. Delivery times vary by destination, and customers will receive a tracking number with estimated delivery information.

International orders cannot be shipped to international P.O. Boxes, so a physical address is required.

BorderGuru partners with local carriers in each region to handle final delivery, and the carrier will be listed in your tracking link.

International Returns
International returns are not available; all international sales are final.

Customers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, or fees associated with their order.
